Obama Accepts (R) Paul Ryan's Premise
Excerpt: After talking incessantly about cutting waste, fraud and abuse from federal spending, on Wednesday, President Obama finally announced a plan to do so. His method: use financial incentives.
So the president has acknowledged that people will work harder toward a goal if given strong financial incentives to do so. With that acknowledgement, he has accepted the premise of Rep.
