Status of Latest Challenge to Obama's Citizenship

I guess I can be described as a pseudo-birther since, the only reason I have doubts on Obama's eligibility, is the fact that he will not release any of his records and, in fact, is spending millions to keep them secret. For a person who ran on the slogan "the most transparent administration", this was not a good start. I've always believed in the age old saying "where there is smoke, there's fire", and this is too important to our nation to ignore.
