Rangel charged with multiple ethics violations
The case of Charles Rangel, former Chairman of the powerful House Ways and Means Committee, after two years, was finally voted out of committee. After negotiations broke down, he was finally charged with multiple ethics violations, violations which a common citizen would have most likely be behind bars by now.
