Yeah, but that is only because of the benefits. Nope, even the salaries are 22% higher. Add to that almost total job security and retirement at age 56 with full benefits and you get, what I would call, a pretty cushy job.

Each year, because of these "excess-payments", Washington wastes $47 billion of your tax dollars.
