Voters In Oklahoma Ban Judges From Using International (Sharia) Law
Republican Rex Duncan of Oklahoma sponsored a measure to prevent judges from using international or sharia law in deciding cases. The measure was approved by the voters yesterday. Duncan said it was a "preemptive strike" to keep judges from creating law from the bench.
As usual this is considered an attack on Islam by the Muslim community. My comment is "who cares'? If you are a Muslim and in this country, integrate into our society and obey the laws of the land.
All states should copy and enact this measure before it is too late.
