Obama's Speech On Afghanistan - One European View
Paul Rahe's column on last nights speech states -Many commentators have drawn attention to the weakness of the speech. No one on this side of the Atlantic has been, however, as blunt and as on the mark as was Gabor Steingart in Der Spiegel.
"One didn't have to be a cadet on Tuesday to feel a bit of nausea upon hearing Obama's speech," wrote Steingart. "It was the least truthful address that this American president has ever delivered". Read the article here.
