Business Fumes Over Carbon Dioxide Rule

As everybody's attention is focused on the Cap & Tax bill, the Obama administration is planning an end around Congress by using the EPA to further its agenda. Rulings by the EPA, in anticipation to the Copenhagen Climate Conference on Global Warming, could dictate major expenditures by businesses to retrofit their plants to conform to EPA regulations. This, in itself, would be enough to cause plants to shut down with the resultant loss of jobs and tax base. Read about it here in the WSJ.
